The month of July has been chosen by The Best Life Project to concentrate on the theme of health and wellbeing.
We’ve decided to go down this route because we’ve listened to our readers, many of whom have undergone changes during lockdown, some positive and others not so positive.
For every person who has discovered yoga and a new business, there are others who have gained weight, struggled with their mental health and lost some of the joy of their previous lives.
So, starting from tomorrow, we’ve decided to bring you a full month of fabulous, positive stories, inspiration and advice to help you make your post-lockdown lives that little bit brighter and better.
We’ve tried new products and treatments designed to improve your diet and help you lose weight and others to give your appearance and self-esteem a bit of a lift.
We’ll also be promoting a fabulous competition to win a top-to-toe women’s health screening with some of the UK’s best medical experts.
We have two new and amazing columnists in nutritionist Belinda Blake and relationship counsellor Michele Wilmott. Both women, who made their debut last week, can offer advice to put the love back into your lives whether it’s through healthy eating to boost mood and wellbeing or tips on how to get the best out of your relationship and distance yourself from toxic and destructive behaviours. We are so lucky to have these two knowledge powerhouses on board.
We’ve also been overwhelmed by our shout-outs for stories, products, trends and events to offer you a full month, five days a week, of wellbeing and health knowledge.
And, of course, we’re always happy to hear of your ideas for stories, events, products and competitions for future publication.
Let July and The Best Life Project inspire you to be happier, healthier and enthused for your best life yet!
